Valencia CF training sessions at Ciudad Deportiva suspended
The players will work from home with a customised fitness and nutrition plan
The Valencia CF first team squad have suspended training activity indefinitely, as of Friday.
The decision comes after LaLiga announced the suspension of the competition, following the recommendations of the health authorities due to the COVID-19 crisis -and also following the recommendations of the RFEF to suspend collective training sessions.
Players will work with a personalised fitness and nutrition plan at their respective homes in the meantime.
